Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Dina attributes her love and appreciation for historic architecture to her pre-teen years spent in beautiful family owned historic homes throughout Iowa. Her grandmother lived in the historic neighborhood of Grande Avenue in Cedar Rapids, IA and her aunt and uncle lived in the Rock Glenn Historic District in Mason City. Their home was designed by the famous architect, Walter Burley Griffin, who was a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright’s.

It didn't take long for her to realize, at a very young age, that she wanted to study architecture and design. And she would later find herself in Birmingham pursuing a degree in Interior Design. Her Interior Design degree and background compliments her career in real estate, and her fascination and love of historic homes continues to this day. Dina loves the character and detail found in period architecture and enjoys working with homeowners and buyers who are equally dedicated to the history and preservation of Birmingham's historic homes.

Although her passion and expertise are in selling and listing residential historic and luxury properties, Dina does list and sell homes of all ages in and around the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. Her interior design background gives her the ability to offer advice to sellers about home preparation which can also include recommendations on staging services. And Dina's knowledge of each unique community in Birmingham allows her to place buyers in the perfect neighborhood for their families.
